In consultation with the Manufacturing Advisory Service, we have created a super-efficient production facility. This enables production to be scheduled at relatively short notice for rapid turnaround on customer orders.
Having the resources to handle window and door contracts from the initial design right through to post-installation checks gives our customers total peace of mind. Our Marske-by-the-Sea factory currently has the capacity to produce 2200 units per week. A fleet of H Jarvis delivery vehicles ensures reliable delivery of windows and doors to site and installation is carried out by our highly experienced fitting teams.

Eurocell is at the leading edge of PVC-U sustainability, with a whole host of advanced developments that deliver exceptional environmental performance.
The company’s £2.5m recycling plant in Derbyshire can process more than ten thousand used window frames each week. As much of that recycled material as possible is utilised in the manufacture of products. On top of that, its manufacturing plants re-use almost all production waste, adding up to about six thousand tonnes of recycled PVC-U every year. Add the fact that waste is sourced elsewhere too, and it means that just about zero Eurocell manufacturing waste goes to landfill.
PVC-U windows can actually be recycled and made into new products up to ten times. Since the average PVC-U window lasts 35 years (source: BRE), you’re looking at literally hundreds of years of re-use with minimal environmental impact.
The Building Research Establishment (BRE) Green Guide to Specification gave PVC-U an ‘A’ rating for residential construction projects and an ‘A+’ rating for commercial buildings. The battle against climate change is constant and buildings are a major CO2 contributor. To ensure our buildings are energy efficient in the long term and created using materials that have not cost the earth to produce, product selection and specification must take into account the whole life cycle and consider post-use disposal.
Unlike other materials used in window frames, PVC performs extremely well in terms of sustainability. PVC is extremely resource-efficient in its manufacture and in the case of Sheerframe, creates windows that offer excellent thermal performance over a long lifetime. In addition, when PVC frames are eventually replaced, they can be easily collected and recycled compared with other materials.
